Booking and cancellation conditions
- the booking is valid for us if you have confirmed our booking confirmation in writing-
- in case of late arrival or early departure, the entire booked stay will becharged
- in case of an early cancellation up to 3 months before the day of arrival at the latest, we do not charge any fees
- 40% of the total price for cancellations between 3 months and 4 weeks before the day of arrival-
- 70% of the total price for cancellations between 4 weeks and 1 week before the day of arrival
- cancellation within the last week before arrival: 90% of the total price
- in case of a subletting of the appartment after cancellation, there are no costs for you
- to avoid inconvenience, were commend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with the Eurpäscihen Versicherung
