Guestpass Holidaypass

Upon arrival, all guests staying at a Val Casies - Monguelfo-Tesido Tourist Office member accommodation will automatically receive a free GUESTPASS - the free discount card for our guests.

 

FREE USE OF ALL PUBLIC SOUTH TYROLEAN MEANS OF TRANSPORT!

  • Regional trains in South Tyrol (Brennero (A) - Trento, Malles-San Candido)
  • Local busses (intercity - and citybusses)
  • Cable cars to Renon, Maranza, San Genesio, Meltina, Verano and Colle (Bolzano)
  • Narrow - track railway up to Renon and the cable railway up to Mendola
  • Post van Swiss between Malles and Müstair (CH)
  • in the WINTER: unlimited use of the ski busses in Val Pusteria Valley (Val Gardena Valley inclusive) 

 

THE PASS DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Free use of long-distance trains (Intercity, Eurocity, Euronight, Eurostar and Freccia Argento)
  • Trains on the track Brennero - Innsbruck (A) and San Candido - Lienz (A); single tickets are available on the train
  • Transport of dogs or other animals
  • in the SUMMER:
    • for the shuttle service to Lago di Braies Lake (ticket: € 3,00/ride)
    • for the shuttle service to Prato Piazza (ticket: € 3,00/ride)
    • for the shuttle service to the Mountain Refuge Auronzo / 3 Peaks (ticket: € 8,00/ride)

CHILDREN UNTIL THE AGE OF 5,9 YEARS, BUGGIES AND LUGGAGE ARE CARRIED FREE OF CHARGE
 

Procedure for the transport of bikes:

  • Bikes can be transportet only if there is enough space in the train. Passengers have the precedence of the bikes in any case

  • the transport of the bikes can be refused when the train is overfilled

  • the transport of bikes in the busses is not allowed

  • to carry your own bike on trains in South Tyrol an additional ticket. A one-day ticket costs about € 7.00 +. The tickets are available at the ticket desks in Brunico (Bruneck) and San Candido (Innichen) and at the tickets machines. The ticket must be validated at teh beginning of every ride.

 

Procedure for the transport of dogs and other animals

  • Single ticket: 15cent/km or Mobilcard Junior (1,3 or 7 days)

  • Guide dogs and small animals are carried free of charge if being carried in one's arms or within a cage of container with a maximum size of 70x30x50 cm

 

Handling and validation

  • IMPORTANT: on the back side the name and the accommodation has to be signed

  • the ticket must be validated at the beginning of every ride (when travveling by train already before boarding using the blue devices), without indication of the destination

  • The Guest Pass will be valid for seven days from the day of the first use
