Good to Know
- The prices are per apartment and day, with a minimum stay of 4 days. For shorter stay a supplement may apply.
- The indicated prices per day and per apartment do not include the tourist tax. Prices will from 1.1.2024 attract a local tax of 2,70 € per person per day from 14 years.
- If you need further information about the different seasons, just contact us and we will inform you.
- For pets we will charge 10,00€ per day. If you bring more pets, the charge will change according to the number of pets.
- You can also use the varied and interesting offers of our tourist office and the advantages of the “Holidaypass”.

- In case of an early departure or late arrival we will charge the full price.
- In case of an early cancellation up to 3 months before the day of arrival at the latest, we do not charge any fees.
- 40% of the total price for cancellations between 3 months and 4 weeks before the day of arrival.
- 70% of the total price for cancellations between 4 weeks and 1 week before the day of arrival.
- Cancellation within the last week before arrival: 90% of the total price.
- In case of a subletting of the appartment after cancellation, there are no costs for you.
- We recommend travel cancellation insurance at the Red Rooster “Roter Hahn”.
